Most injuries stadium-fire back from hospital
zondag, april 13th, 2008GRONINGEN – The majority of football supporters who Sunday afternoon after the fire at the stadium of FC Groningen wounded were brought to the hospital, are back home.
In total there were 28 people brought to the two hospitals in Groningen. Most of them suffering from respiratory problems.
24 Voetbalfans are now back home, four still need to stay over a night. At first there were four injured were sent to hospital.

The supportersvereniging of FC Groningen Sunday has moved away from the events in the stadium Euroborg, Groningen and Ajax could not play football. Supporters cease toilet paper on fire.
“We sympathy with the injured and shocked supporters,” writes the association in a statement. The supportersvereniging will be done in consultation with the club that “such incidents happening again”.
Provisional Fanatics will Groningen, a part of the supportersvereniging not sfeeracties more rope. “We consider that at this moment not appropriate.”
